I hear you completely!! I'm glad to help even a little. I have been struggling to stay functional in the ways I want to, or the ways I'm used to... so I guess my big shift has been just snagging whatever functionality I have access to in that moment and being gentle with myself. and if you can't get out of any given freeze, lean on your community! This is what we are all here for - and we will make it through together. ❤️
